How I Think About Engineering
My work lives at the intersection of engineering rigour and business impact. Over 21 years at Amdocs — a leading OSS/BSS platform provider to the world's largest telecom operators — I've shaped not just how software gets built, but how engineering organizations grow, operate, and deliver value at scale.
I believe the best engineering leaders are translators: between the boardroom and the build, between what's commercially viable and what's technically sound. I've spent my career getting better at that translation — from individual contributor through Group Leader, Manager, Director, to leading the full engineering function across Development, QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
I'm now looking for my next role — ideally a Director of Engineering or Senior Program Management position where I can apply that full range of experience to a new challenge: driving delivery excellence, scaling engineering teams, or leading complex programs from inception to production.

Current- Rebuilt and scaled a multi-tiered engineering organization — 100+ engineers across Development, QA, DevOps, and Product Management in 3+ regions.
- Cut planning overhead and improved cycle times by streamlining grooming workflows and rolling out AI-assisted development tooling, among the earliest adopters at scale within Amdocs.
